I developed a comprehensive admin app that serves as the central hub for all internal operations. The app includes features for event planning, task management, and team communication, allowing Onside to coordinate their efforts more effectively. The biggest challenge there were facing was manual system of timesheet which made it a nightmare when calculating hours worked for staff, who some are permanent and some temp staff, that took days and prone to miscaculations and staff got paid late which was an inconvenience to staff and also affected the reputation of the company. They also had no system in place to manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance tracking, which made it difficult to ensure that events were staffed with the right talent and ran smoothly.
