I developed a comprehensive admin app that serves as the central hub for all internal operations. The app includes features for event planning, task management, and team communication, allowing Onside to coordinate their efforts more effectively. They also had no system in place to manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance tracking, which made it difficult to ensure that events were staffed with the right talent and ran smoothly.
